Unless you have the best internet in the world, coop is essentially broken for 80% of players. 343 gave up on fixing it because it requires re-coding the game engine. I am permanently bitter about it because the game is advertised as coop, yet they didn’t invest the resources fix it.
Some people claim that hamachi servers help, others say to use a hamachi like server and mod the game to allow LAN connection and play coop through that. It will disable achievements if you mod it though.
I gave up. I am sorry to bring you bad news.
I no longer play the game but instead watch every update for mention on if they are going to fix coop.

I haven’t played coop since the game came out but if the coop is still actually broken then thats sad. It was pretty awful back when I played it, was as if both of us had 200+ ms.

Oh thank you very much. I have the same feeling, we bought it expressly to play in co-op, but impossible to play it properly …
Hopefully it will be patched one day
