Ok, this is so not ok. I’m on an admittedly tight budget but I made an exception tonpurchase AtN (though I wish I’d never bought the Ultimate Edition since it didn’t even include AtN and that’s the only DLC I really cared about), and when I try to click on it in-game it tried to bring up the purchase screen and tells me I already own it but I can’t aftually PLAY it. This is not even remotely acceptable. I demand this be fixed or I be refunded.

I just found that all DLC were added in My Library only for Xbox ONE. But the game was added for Xbox one and Windows 10.
MS support can’t do ANYTHING !!! just angry
Same here, what is going on? When I try to load it (yeah I got it installed finally) it just keeps taking me to the store to try and buy it
Mine gets stuck at the loading screen. I bought the DLC like 2 or 3 weeks ago and every time I try to play it, it just continuously loads. The first cinimatic plays just fine. The dialogue in the loading screen plays just fine. You’d think it would start up shortly after but no. I’ve been sitting here for about 30 minutes now looking for a way to fix the problem and it’s still loading…
I bought it 2 weeks ago. I was originally unable to access the content but found that I was able to start it by going to the campaign menu and hitting new game. I assume the same works for mission select. I hope this helps even though it’s a little late
i bought atn today and when i tried to play it a screen popped up saying i already own this when i try to play it like i have to buy it again but i cant cause i already own it please fix this,i also have the bill for all my purchases
same issue. i have the complete edition and every addon works except awakening the nightmare. spent hours with MS chat and they send me to this forum and says its the only way to get support for the game. so here 343 or whoever monitors this forum. why is this addon still not working? i have the purchase receipt tell me how to get the game running on my xbox !
Try uninstalling and reinstalling again. Had the same issue but this worked for me. 343 really need to be on top of their issues
