There is this button icon (looks like two horizontal lines) that appears in several places when navigating the menus with my controller (Elite Series 2). The button icon does not correspond to any button on my controller. It is the button I would press to see the carnage report, or to set my button mapping for all games in the Controls menu.
This is not the “start” button with three horizontal lines in a circle, and it is not the “back” button with two overlapping squares incased in a circle.
