I recently bought Halo: The Master Chief Collection in order to replay the story of the main Halo gamed and beat Halo 4 for the first time in anticipation for Halo 5 as I recently received it for xmas. However, after only one day of playing Combat Evolved, I turned on my Xbox One and booted up the Master Chief Collection to find a notification saying “active profile has been singed out, returning to main menu” or something similar to this. After I click the “A” button in order to proceed, the game no longer responds. The thumb sticks do not navigate the menu, the “A” and “B” buttons do not have any functionality. The game ceased to function. Any help would be gladly appreciated, I do not wish to think that I wasted money on a game that worked for one day only.
