Cannot launch MCC on PC - MCC is Offline

Every time I reboot my computer, MCC becomes unlaunchable due to being offline with the below message:

> “Halo: The Master Chief Collection can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.”

My game is installed on a secondary partition on my PC but still on the same drive. I have this setup for all my Windows Apps including Sea of Thieves, Gears 5, and No Man’s Sky - all game pass PC games. None of them do this.

The fix is to go into storage settings and switch the drive to C: in the app settings and then back or reinstall the game completely.

If I try to launch immediately after booting into Windows it will let me launch it but if I wait maybe 10 minutes it goes offline. I have reinstalled a hand full of times but this continues to happen.

It has to be an MCC issue if all my other windows Store games that are on the same partition work just fine. And just to clarify, my actual Windows Apps folder is on this partition.

Anyone gotten an actual fix to this?
