Cannot join my brother's lobby

I cannot join my brother’s lobby and he cannot join mine, invites do not work either. My brother and I both have open NAT types. We have done multiple hard resets on each of our consoles. We can solo queue online and find games without an issue. We have tried other Xbox one games and we have no problems joining up together. There is something wrong with the party system within the MCC in particular that isn’t letting us play together online. I can’t think of any other information you would need to help us, but let me know how I can be as clear as possible. Also, is there any other way to contact support other than this forum? Countless internet searches have fallen short to help us with this consistent issue.

No support, what a joke. Fix your lousy connection issues, people bought your game so they deserve the full functionality. The fact that no one responds and there is no clear fix after all this time shows lack of effort by the people maintaining this game, and honestly, a lack of consideration of the people who filled your pockets. Every other Xbox game works fine when playing with my brother but yours is a potato. What a joke.

I’m also having party issues. Both consoles have open NAT, and can make parties in other games (Rocket League, Fortnite), but after several game and console restarts we still get “failed to join.” Neither invites nor choosing join player in roster work. Solo matchmaking works fine.
