Can’t seem to install the game at all through Windows Store as it doesn’t recognize my PC as a device?
Tried restarting PC and clearing Store cache.
Going to have to refund it on the store and purchase it on Steam instead (so much for game pass).
Same problem here! I would like to play it on both Xbox and PC so I i rather not buy it from Steam. There is also a discount on the Windows store.
same problem, tells me there are no recognized devices, tells me i own the game, cant install, GG
Had similar issue… Said it was Installed already but could not launch from game pass or windows store.
Pinned game to start menu, and launched it from there.
For some reason that worked?

Edit: This only shows up on the windows store for MCC not reach. Use 3 dot drop down menu beside install to pin to taskbar or start menu.
After I updated windows I was able to install MCC on the Windows Store, make sure that your windows is updated to or past the version that they recommend on the requirements page for Halo Reach, you should have Windows 10 version 18362.0 or higher.
Every time I hit install, the Microsoft store freezes.
I cannot install Halo: The Master Chief Collection or Halo REACH from the Windows Store on Windows 10 1909. Both appear to be owned and have been purchased but I am unable to get them to download.
Constant install error around 4GB every time.
Im having same issue. Anyone have a fix? Windows is up to date.
