Cannot go online

Hi everyone,

1st time posting on this forum. I was browsing a bit and i need to say that its a great community here.

However, im posting here as I really need help.

I just purchased Halo reach recently and really enjoying it for its campaign.
Unfortunately I was looking forward to try the online mode which I cannot for some technical reason.

I always have this message: “Halo reach server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later”. I thought the servers were down or something but after 4 days I still get the same msg preventing me from enjoying the game’s online experience.

I checked my NAT setting and they were Moderate. I thought this was the reason, I forwarded my ports and now my NAT are open. But still the same issue.

I cant event have access to files/career stats, etc… It’s like the game is completely in offline mode :frowning:

Can someone please help me on this, Im so desperate.

I’ve also had this problem for about a week now. Seeing as how this problem cooincided with live going down on the 3rd I think this is an Xbox live problem. However, xbox.com is reading that live is up and running now, and still the problem persists. I would also like to know what’s going on.

Can you guys get online with other games?? You might want to give @Xbox Support a try as well.

Actually I can play Battlefield bad company 2 and red dead redemption with no issues at all.

Hope it gets resolved sooner than later :slight_smile:
