Cannot get past the main menu - PC Flight

Have the flight installed on Steam and every time I get to the main menu the game freezes. I get audio fine and after a few minutes it crashes to desktop without any error messages. I have tried reinstalling but still get the same issue. Can anyone help?
My PC build is;
Ryzen 9 5950x
32gb DDR4 - 3200
NVIDIA GTX Titan X

I have the same problem at the moment

I disabled hardware acceleration in my registry. Not sure if it will work but give it a go. I can play now
