I need help,everytime I click on to matchmaking, my game says contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data.
But never loads or goes any further in halo anniversaries, . I have uninstalled and downloaded again, I’ve phoned Xbox support and followed what they have said. Nothing worked. Halo 5 it says ATTENTION error authorizing user with halo 5 guardians services.
this has been going on for last few weeks.
Only these games every other game I can get online.
stuck for solutions. Would appreciate any help.

Have you tried a hard reset of your console (hold power button down for 10 seconds)?
Yeah I’ve done that I will try again though. Any other ideas will be very appreciated

Yeah I have Xbox live support told me to do that, also to remove account and upload again still nothing. They told me I had to get in touch with game developers lol so I’m stuck with no idea

Well I’m well and truly stumped… I know there are some caching issues around errors like the first game of session non-connection which the only fix I’ve heard of is a factory reset. That’s a bit extreme, but perhaps is worth trying it?

I will give it a go, nothing else is working. Massive shame it worked for all this time gutted at the moment I was a major halo player and fan since the beginning.
Have you tried restarting your internet router? There’s a chance you’re experiencing a connection hang-up with it.
