Cannot get HW:DE to launch on my PC.

I have downloaded HW:DE to my PC and I cannot get it to launch. When I click ‘play’, a window for the game opens for a split-second then disappears. I’ve tried reinstalling from the Halo App and through the Microsoft store, and have no luck. However, the game launches perfectly fine on my Xbox One. I’m out of ideas. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Laptop is a Dell Precision 5510
2.7GHz i7-6820
16GB RAM
NVidia M1000M 2GB

Maybe try uninstalling the halo app and try launch Halo Wars?

As i don’t have the Halo app installed and it works fine, so maybe try that.

FIXED: For anyone having the same issue, I was directed by Microsoft to do a fresh install of Win10. There were cache errors from my Microsoft store, causing bad downloads. After a reset and update, I’m all up and running!
