Hello. I have had this extremely annoying problem for that past 3 days. I simply cannot find a game while searching alone. I never get past players found, and this is extremely frustrating. I have tried almost every troubleshooting technique imaginable, and I still cannot get past this. I’ve been on the phone with around 6-7 Microsoft employees, and none of them were able to solve my problem. I’d really like to be able to play Halo again, so any help would be appreciated!
Try forwarding your ports for the Xbox One and Xbox Live on your router - this can help you connect to other players but it sounds like there’s more a problem with the game. Obviously hard resets, router restarts and re-installs are all options if you haven’t tried them.
Yeah, man. I’m a decently technical guy. I’ve had my ports open for quite a while now. I’ve tried almost EVERYTHING when it comes to the system.
