When i start up halo mcc matchmaking i get stuck in the lobby continuously trying to retrieve player info. It will stay at that stage for 10 mins then disconnect my party and me. What should i do to fix the problem?
Soooooo. No one has the answer? I can find games solo but parties of more than 2 does not work

I have been trying to play this game since last night. I can sometimes match up with people, but then I drop out after about 30 seconds. I was able to play one game on the Halo 2 classic playlist, but it was 2 vs 4, with me on the team of 2. We still managed to win the game, but that is the only game I have ever played across the 5+ hours of trying and searching.
I have friends that have been able to play the co-op campaign and they invited me to their party. However I could not join their game after multiple attempts, so I restarted my internet, along with my console. I was able to join their game once I started the console, but about 10 seconds into the opening cutscene, I was disconnected from their party and game.
My Xbox passes all connection tests and my NAT is OPEN. I tried multiple other games and I can play all of them on xbox live perfectly fine, but I can not play a single xbox live game on this game…
