Does anyone has the solution for this issue?
I have been looking for it in the forum, but i only found people asking for help; not the actual solution.

If you’re not in a party with other people, that error means your console wasn’t able to ping any of the datacenters running H5 dedicated servers.
I pulled some of your recent telemetry data. You’re showing a lot of ping failures across the board (failing to ping every single H5 datacenter), but there are a few successes mixed in too. Try a hard reboot of your console (hold power for ~10 seconds and it’ll restart), and also reboot any networking devices the console uses (routers, cable modem, wifi access point, etc). If that doesn’t clear things up, try contacting your ISP to see if they can diagnose connectivity or DNS problems from their end.
