I just disbanded my spartan company to make a brand new one, it says I cannot since I am already in one, but im not in one.
There are elements of caching in play on Waypoint, so it can sometimes take a few minutes after doing something like this before you can create or join a new company. You should be to do it now, if you haven’t already
