I downloaded the halo 5 forge on my laptop and my desktop. I tried alone on each (so no conflict of account) to log into the game. I can get into the lobby on my laptop but not my desktop. I have talked to Microsoft support several times and they directed me to get help.
i have no extra firewalls up and the softwares are same between laptop and desktop
