Anyone else has the issue where once you designate which device you prefer to use, keyboard or controller, you’re permanently stuck with using that in matchmaking? I tried opening up my settings to change it but it’s permanently greyed out with no way of me fixing it.
Yo I had the same issue until I realized that I had to go to the main menu without being partied up to be able to change it ! hope it helps !

Im on console and I cannot change my preferred input device.

Thanks man, this actually turned out to be my issue. Can’t believe you have to leave a party to adjust this setting.
