I really need to bake the lights on a racing map i’m making, but when i HOLD down on the D-pad to bake lights, I just go into spartan mode. I’ve left forge and came back and it still won’t work. I don’t think lightmapping and object count have anything to do with it, but i’m trying to lower them as much as I can.
Yes I am HOLDING down on the D-pad. I know how to bake my lights.
Any forgers have the same problem/any solutions?
Is this happening in Halo 5 Forge, or on your Xbox One console? I’m having an issue where my buttons aren’t always working right, but it only happens in the pc version. Sometimes it flips left and right when rotating an object, or when I’m increasing/decreasing a setting in object properties it will jump up or down opposite of the direction I’m going. Doesn’t happen on the Xbox One, so I think it’s a pc version issue, or something to do with the controller and Windows 10.

So it sounds like it is still happening. Just to test if it is your controller, I would go to Xbox settings and change the mapping of your D-Pad (if it will let you) and test again to see if it works.
