Cannot access REQ's

So I’ve been playing the game like normal for a couple of weeks, but just last night I noticed that when I tried to access a REQ station or tried to change my.loadiut during spawn it just says ‘retrieving data’ and never loads, so throughout the entire game I’m stuck with an AR and magnum.

Also my REQ points aren’t being added and I cannot access the post match carnage report. I also can’t access my REQ collection or the REQ store. Thing is though, my internet connection is very strong and I haven’t had any gameplay and any other connectivity issues.

Is this just happening on my end or is something wrong with Halo right now? And if it is me, how can I fix this issue?

I tried that again, but this has been a problem that’s been persistent fora few days, the console has been on and off and I’ve played other games with no issues.
