Cannot Access REQs In-Game or from the Menus

Please fix this, 343. At the very least, please provide an update. The situation has persisted for weeks now. Alternatively, I demand a refund for all that I have spent on REQ packs, including the Warzone REQ Bundle. I did not pay for gear that I cannot access.

Does anyone know a number or email for customer support? This is ridiculous.

Should I just give up on the game? Last 343 game for me.

I’m having the same issue. It’s Ben going on since the beginning of January. None of the updates seem to do anything to help it. It’s serious idly frustrating, I probably have at least 8000 in credits that I can’t see or spend on req Packs
