Cannot access preorder REQ Pack bonus

Hello,

I downloaded the preorder for Halo 5 and installed it. It shows I’ve installed the preorder bonus REQ pack which includes the sentinel battle rifle. However, when I play the game and I go to my unopened REQ packs section, it does not show that I have this REQ pack available. I’ve tried uninstalling the REQ pack and reinstalling it but I still can’t see it in my REQ packs section. Am I missing something?

It took me a few days after launch to get mine. Make a post in Halo 5 Tech Support about it.
