Cannot access Halo 5 Solo Campaign

I have made my XBOX ONE console as the My Home XBOX and I have only one XBOX ONE.

I have installed Halo 5 using my ID. I then add my kids in the family and they have unrestricted access.

However when I try to start Halo 5 Solo Campaign using their ID, it does not start. They can access to Co-op and Multiplayer. I do not have a XBOX Live Subscription.

May I know have I done anything wrong or I must have XBOX Live subscription in order for my family member to play Solo Campaign?
