Hello, I tried signing into Halo 5 Guardians but I could not click on any of the playlists. I checked the halo 5 status page and it said that there was an issue but it had been resolved. After resetting my consol I cannot access any xbox live services even though xbox’s online status is green on all services. I have performed a network and multiplayer connectivity check and they have detected no problems despite my inability to access ANY online services/content. Any help would be hugely appreciated
