Canada is not a member of the EU … so does that mean we can not participate or is this just a typo? (the reason why i ask is cause we are just right next door and every country in the EU is allowed to participate but not us XD) I went ahead and registered anyways saying yes cause i got nothing to lose if it turns out it doesn’t work, but if it is a typo it could probably detour a lot of Canadians from signing up.
I was also a little bewildered at this, I was even accepted into the Preview Program and the upcoming Beta test, so why not Canadians and Australian fans in the community feedback program 343???

I had this same question in a forum post and “stckrboy” answered the question for me:
“There were legal reasons for not having the program rolled out to everyone. They put it to the US first of all and then expanded to Europe, so I imagine as they clear up any further issues they will get it released to other countries as well.”
