If the option is there and I just didn’t find it, could someone point me to it?

I am not sure on this one, but I am really disappointed with the personal AI so far. It feels less like anything personalized and more like selectable announcers from past games.
I would love exactly this feature. Maybe the full game will come with an AI that I can tolerate (and I haven’t yet played the now live beta), but during the Technical Previews, I couldn’t stand any of the personal AIs and their stupid quips. However, I like the Spartan chatter for the contextual game situation updates it provides (except for that one Spartan who sounds like Delmar from O Brother, Where Art Thou? lol. Whenever he says, “Over yonder!” It pulls me right out of the game haha)
Yeah, I’ve noticed that in some game modes the AI does actually announce some kind of important things. Maybe those could be replaced with text readouts in the HUD.
If they had a Sergeant Johnson AI, I might actually want to use that. Too bad it would cost money…
