It is on most play lists and they have zero pop because of the people just downloading the game. I would like to play more than just slayer and FFA.
I cant be the only one that feels this way can I?
The DLC maps are wonderful but the new or returning players will never get them if they cant play other game types.
the point of the dlc required game modes is to make people buy the maps, but 343 said they will not be consolidating the game so there will not be any matchmaking changes

I’d also like to add that I’m seeing many people play DLC lists. So that point is moot.

It is dlc required and plenty play it. Even before Halo 3 was free I was playing Halo 3 BTB just fine.
The playlists don’t have zero population, the counters are just broken. Was playing the DLC required playlists the other night and the counters were constantly going up and down between each game.
You can easily just buy ODST at gamestop for like $7. And you will have all the maps.
I personally think DLC required is a good thing, since there is the Mythic disc with the complete multiplyare experience. 
They should have done that to Reach in Halo Anniversary. 
just get ODST the Requirement for all DLC is good and besides its really cheap on the market, onlything that is is the mythic 2 pack and its 9.99 everything else is 4 or less

If you mean get it on the Xbox Marketplace, the Games on Demand version of ODST doesn’t include the Halo 3 multiplayer, just the ODST campaign and Firefight.
But Cloud1414 and Kurbb Stompp are right OP, it would be cheaper and easier to just go out and buy ODST pre owned to get the full multiplayer with all the DLC maps. And the DLC restriction cannot be removed, 343 have already said they cannot remove it or change the playlists.
