Are you talking about the Reach armor that was unlocked through the waypoint app for the xbox 360?

If he is it’s impossible to get two variants of helmets due to special requirements which are no longer active. It might be possible to get the achievement based ones considering I got mine not so long ago. It was the security chest and CQB and Military helmets.
