Can you still assassinate watchers like in Halo 4?

I believe the assassination for Watchers was removed for Halo 5.

I don’t think you can, although I wish you could! The animation in Halo 4 is a little not polished at all.

Unfortunately, you cannot assassinate those Sentinel knockoffs anymore. While it was cool, it’s a bit wasteful given that they go down in a few shots like Crawlers.

I dont think you can but i really wish you could. It would be nice if you could be stabbing them while they were trying to fly away.

Actually guys I think you can (don’t hold me too that though) its just very difficult with how aware they are and their movement.

In all of the “All Halo 5 Assassinations” videos I’ve watched, not a single one has shown a Watcher assassination. And from my own experience, I don’t believe I’ve ever assassinated a Watcher either.

So I think it’s pretty safe to say that it’s been removed.

You may be right, but just to make sure I’m going to initially try and assassinate a Watcher just to make sure.
