All those who were eligible for the early access to Specializations have been e-mailed their code, if you haven’t got one now, you’ll have to wait until 343i unlock the remaining ones for other players.

I’ll agree the way the Specializations are being handled is very poor, leaving people with no way to rank up does suck, especially when hitting SR-70 can happen in a few days.
