Can you hit the jackpot more than once?

I hit it 6 games into Arena yesterday, and that was it. I can’t hit it again if my life depended on it! I couldn’t it twice last summer, either.

Thing is, I hear about people hitting it multiple times. Why can’t I do that? I never leave matches, so my chances shouldn’t decrease at all.
