yes but only if you have a xbox 360
you can but you need to unlock it on the 360, go on to your 360 and use the Halo Waypoint app and go find the armor, unlock it and then it’s automatically unlocked for that same account on xbox one, the only thing that doesn’t transfer over is files such as maps, screenshots, gametypes etc because they are usually saved to the 360 itself if you want to bring those over to the xbox one it’s best to put it in your fileshare and then download it on Xbox one. I got my CQB UA/HUL back in June 2015 and I don’t think they have updated the waypoint app since.

negative, it unlocked by going to a certain area on Halowaypoint. plus they would need to get achievements on the 360 release of Halo 3 and ODST to unlock the helmets.

no sorry bud, you have to go to waypoint on the 360 and when it updates your achievement data it will give you the armor, maybe if you have a friend that still has his/her xbox 360 you can do it at their house.
