I don’t believe you can get the exact version that Palmer uses in Halo 5’s campaign. However, you can get any of the Scout armor variants, which Palmer uses a personalized variant of.
Scout (basic) - Uncommon
Scout Decoy - Rare
Scout Observer - Ultra Rare
Scout Outrider - Legendary

Yes you can, the armor is called Scout.
There is certain details on her armor that isn’t on the armor in the actual game, but equip Scout with Salt as your primary, and some darker red as your secondary.

That’s what I said? You can’t get her exact armor (that includes details like trimmings (yes some people want it to look alike 100%)). But I believe the legendary or ultra rare looks extremely alike as well I can’t remember which one though

Palmer wears Scout class Mjolnir Gen 2 armour. However, I don’t believe that the custom emblems on her armour are available for player customisation in multiplayer.

Paint layout is entirely custom for Palmer. Not a single variant has the small red markings found on her armor, nor do any of the helmet variations allow for the grey on her helmet. You can get kinda close with the armor if you use the Observer skin… though that would cause your primary color to be significantly darker. Won’t give you her unique black undersuit either…

I think they look better with the black undersuit. Gives the armored parts a little more contrast so your Spartan doesn’t look like a nondescript blob of color.
