You can! I got the jackpot last week twice! The chances are pretty small though
you might have to be a lucky person to get it twice.or even once
I know you can get it everyday not sure if you can get it twice in one day.
When 343i took over, you could get it multiple times per day, unlike Bungie who kept the increased chances for only one Jackpot per day.
