can xcloud work on laptops?

i was hoping to replay halo again, but im considering doing it o xcloud, saving my on xbox one s for future big games since they are getting bigger.

so is xcloud supported laptops yet?

is there a way to play xcloud or just android devices?

At the moment xcloud is only available on android and iOS devices. Do note that its in closed testing, so Microsoft has to select you to participate if you want to play on your phone. From what I have gathered I believe eventually laptops, phones, and tablets will all eventually support xcloud.
