I had a cool idea I’d like to try, but I lack the skills/time to do so. I was wondering if anyone could dub Halo 1,2 and 3 music over Halo 4, just to see what the old soundtrack would be likein the new game and see if it changes the tone for better or worse, and perhaps vice versa. Such as Halo 3’s blaring theme when the Infinity is first introduced, and some of Halo 2’s awesome combat music when fighting. Maybe Halo 1’s theme tune over the last mission of Halo 4’s flight section. This isn’t supposed to be a statement about what I think is better, but if any one is willing to make this video and thinks this is a cool idea then i think it would make an interesting video. Thanks to anyone who sees this!
why not try yourself? i have an idea, when the infinity comes turn down the volume and just use your pc for h3 soundtrack. yes i know you wouldn’t be able too hear what everyone is saying, but it sort of works
You could always download the music into a flash drive and plug it into the xbox then head into the halo game menu and turn down the music all the way. Once in the game go into the xbox menu by hitting the middle button on the controller and scrolling to right and search music (which is at the bottom) and click on the flash drive and start playing h1 to through 3 music (by hitting Y) also turn the music volume down a bit so it dosn’t overshadow in game sound (should be on the same xbox menu bar that music is in).
Profit?
Pretty sure you can find someone who has already done that if you look for it, also what does this have to do with Halo 5?
well, I was thinking that the music in a game really sets the tone, and I was thinking about the direction the music could take in Halo 5. would the old style music fit in Halo 4 and subsequently Halo 5? and this would sort of look at that idea
