I personally almost exclusively play free for all in most fps games, and Halo is no exception. I’ve enjoyed Lone Wolves in the past Halo games and really enjoy the rush of relying on yourself to win. However, I found its much harder to enjoy Halo 5’s Free For All playlist. IMO, there is just too many people set for the minimum amount of players. Its cut-throat in there. You have seconds between each spawn (whether you like it or not) before you get swarmed by other players. I get that Halo 5 is meant to be faster than the past games but having eight people spawning every ten seconds in fairly close proximity between spawn points (On frigging Coliseum you can LITERALLY watch the red rocket ramp corner from the far side of red and kill off spawn for Christ’s sake) is just too much man. I personally think that bringing the minimum player count for FFA to Six would benefit the playlist a bunch, and make it a much more fun, manageable experience. (Although, it could also be map size as an issue. I’m an above average player, so i’m not just spouting BS here because I can’t win a game. Even some Youtubers have said how difficult FFA is in there. Hutch for example, recorded one of his few wins and uploaded the video saying how proud he was that he finally managed to win. I’ll still be playing it, but I think it could be better with some changes.)
