Can we report cheaters directly to 343?

So yeah, playing warzone assault, see a couple of guys trying to use that exploit where they capture the second base before they should be able to. I have the gamertag of one of the guys and I have a video in theater which i checked and tried to save, didnt seem to work. I reported him via his gamer card but I’d heard that 343 were banning people from halo5 for using this exploit. Is there a way I can give his GT to 343 so they can review his footage and punish him appropriately? Match happened at around 11:10 am gmt on 20/11/15

Fair enough, already done,just wasnt sure whoever deals with those at xbl would define it as cheating.
