Social is cool and all but why is there zero effort towards new ranked playlists? I mean, I want some variety! I’m getting sick of just the same thing over and over with Arena and Slayer, can we please get something new with ranks instead of social playlist after social playlist? Fiesta is the easiest thing you can do and shows no originality so I don’t understand why 343i is making such a big deal about it. Why not work on something ranked doubles or snipers? It’s just ridiculous to me how we have yet to get a single NEW permanent ranked playlist.

Because there are permanent ranked playlists… I think there’s like 7…

You’re probably the only one that doesn’t appreciate fiesta, just saying. A TON of people wanted that playlist.

I certainly don’t speak on behalf of the halo community, but from my internet addiction I’m fairly certain the lack of social playlists is a larger concern than lack of ranked playlists.
Not trying to offend or get into an argument. I would like to see Team Doubles personally. But I also want action sack, multi team, infection, rocket hog race, etc and I want those more than Team Doubles.
I agree, we need some variety! Team doubles is my first pick, followed by team snipers.
And they need to make the social playlists SOCIAL! As in allowing join in progress, allowing people to leave without penalty, not counting KD ratio on your record, not skill matching opponents.
I just can’t believe how they’ve managed to make such a mess of such a basic, simple task.

I think you’ve got your priorities wrong. There are barely any social playlists in Halo 5 right now. Currently, there’s only BTB, Warzone and Warzone assault, Grifball, Assault and Fiesta. Fiesta isn’t even permanent. Its the rotating social playlists and the rotations are probably just the same gamemodes we currently have in ranked except with 5 players and no rank. Plus, Warzone and Warzone assault are just variations of each other. There are still so many more social playlists that aren’t in Halo 5 yet. I agree that we need Team Doubles & Snipers but i’d rather see the social playlists first since I feel that the social gamemodes have more replayability than team doubles and snipers.
