I really feel like Halo channel is a waste of space that i always see and i want it to be better for all of us!
Even back in the day the Halo waypoint App on 360 was pretty good and it had alot of lore and detailed interface… It would be awesome to have a interface that has different Halo themes. OR atleast combine all video content ranging from Bungies vidocs and ancient trailers or I mean pretty much anything that was produced by 343 or Bungie during all of the Halos creations… Heck even include BTS content from old ensemble , certain affinity, and all BTS at all 3/4 Campus buildings taht Halo has moved from during all of its development… You could even have the app include Beta builds to attract all Halo generations… I mean it sucks having to go back on Youtube to see the Halo official videos or even seeing the Halo 2 E3 Demo that is just shelved off… Like there is soooo many in the community that would LOVE to even help do the work to analyze the devkit and Build code for everyone to experience…
Halo Channel could be renamed to Halo: Command or the ONI app and you can have
a open sandbox app for Lore, All entirety Halo Video content, Art, Stats, variable halo themes or interface look, and even old Halo Alpha, beta builds and other content that is in game files to be modded out for use for this small sandbox like forge to view hidden things of old halo games. and even cut levels that have not been recycled or used so that the fans can experience the digital behind the scenes content of what could’ve been.
But seriously it would be really great to have a hub that has all the Cinematic, trailers, promos, vidocs, bts, storyboards, concept arts, Demos, cut/reworked content, and even a documentary team could hit up people involved on Halo as a way to reconnect with those that the fans had always seen over time and possibly missed videos or things they might have from back then… Halos 20th is going to be creeping up and the Halo movie or tv show has been in development hell since Halo: Landfall trailer… So we need something to get the interest back with Halo infinite coming… Might as well get ahead of the curve with a Hub thats not so limited and weirdly design like the Halo Channel app currently is…
