this needs to happen im sick of getting cutter when I have to go do something for like a minute i come back to loading screen with cutter and I always lose, i just want to have decimus as my default leader.
as a temp workaround you can start a skirmish with the leader you wanted then quit, it now becomes your defalt leader.
