Sorry, no room left for a question mark.
Anyway, I was wondering if I could propose something to all of you creating the DMR threads. Whether it’s overpowered, whether it’s not overpowered, can we please leave it until AFTER the balancing TU at the end of this month?
343i have probably made up their minds on the contents of this update anyway, with about 15 days left on the clock. It takes weeks to make a TU, and weeks for it to be evaluated, accepted and distributed by Microsoft, and we are now at the very end of this cycle.
So, let’s see what 343i will do with it. They have probably read most of the ‘Oh DMR and Boltshot are overpowered’ threads time and time again, and they know what they are doing. I think…
How can we be sure it’s coming at the end of the month?

Read the bulletin.
yes, lets starting making threads that the DMR is to weak after the TU instead of trying to prevent the horrible decision.
No
It took them 3 months to make the first one. Yes it was for glitches mainly but I would rather deal with the OCCASIONAL glitch than something that happens every 5 SECONDS.

Well, good luck with that. They’ve already made up their minds at this point.

do you have evidence to support this statement because currently they’re experimenting with different changes… everything is subject to change up untill the point they submit the TU for quality control before release which is pretty close to its actual release.

The Death X addition is part of the balancing update, which is coming after this month.
Who knows, the weapon feedback thread may change things a bit, but I’m pretty sure that by now they’ve narrowed down on the possibilities of a re-balancing for the sandbox weapons.
From what I’ve seen in the weapon feedback thread, most people want either a bullet magnetism re-tuning, or a rate of fire nerf for the DMR.

Depends on whether or not they fix it correctly. If thee fix it right and balance it, then I’ll shut up. If not, then I’m going to keep whining. Simple as that.

As will I, my friend.
