I would like to see the previous armor customization comeback, I would still want the req system to be the same, but if you unlock the armor portion of the set you would have all the pieces (Shoulders, chest, arms, legs) so you could make your spartan look the way you want it to not just a helmet and a full set of armor you could then have your very own specialized spartan.
All updates to Halo 5: Guardians stopped a while ago (with a few small exceptions). No significant changes of this scale will be made, unfortunately. The most we can hope for is that Halo: Infinite allows more freedom for customisation.

Yeah I know it would just be cool to see one more big update like this before the next game, especially since halo 5 was one of my favorite multiplayers because of the playlists, it just sucks because I probably won’t be able to get infinite for a while after its release.

I don’t know the circumstances surrounding this, but Halo: Infinite is releasing for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, just in case you didn’t know. You won’t have to buy a new console to play it

It isn’t a Halo: Infinite topic. He is asking about customisation in Halo 5: Guardians. I merely mentioned Halo: Infinite as that is when we are likely to see more customisation options again.

Just a heads up it’s supposed to be on game pass at launch. Could try it out for relatively cheap by buying a month or 2 of game pass.
