i know this isnt related to halo 4 but i dont know where to put this.
i would like to see destructible environments in halo 5, i was hoping to see it in halo 4 but that didnt happen.
by ‘destructible environment’ i dont mean full on destruction like battlefield. i mean craters in the floor from explosions and cracks in buildings. just the aesthetics of it would make the maps feel more like a war zone. falling trees and smashing glass would be nice to.
I suggest we let them release Halo 4 before starting the ideas for Halo 5.
I love the idea of destructible enviroment tho.

They’ll gather the ideas, don’t forget they have already half the ideas from Halo 4.
Since they haven’t begun developing Halo 5 there would not be any need for gathering ideas just yet.

Who knows? Halo 5 will most likely be on the New Xbox so a destructible enviroment is very possible. Still tho, let’s not rush all the ideas onto a game that aint in developement

Neither, the rumor was circulating that H4 would feature such but nothing has been said.
Halo 4 hasn’t even been completed let alone released…isn’t it a little bit early to be talking about this?
Maybe, but I don’t want to stay behind cover and suddenly have it gone. If they add destructible environments, then only things such as crates and trees. Such stuff. Not buildings and other things which provide you with cover and are important parts of the map.

Well it’s been confirmed that the main Halo games will be made using the usual three-year development schedule, so no need to worry about them being rushed!

possibly. i did make a topic on this when halo 4 was announced but all i got was mass hate.

too much destruction would ruin it. i am solely talking about the aesthetic side
