I know the gameplay is saved until the July event, but can we get some type of article or armor screenshot in game? What kind of tease would you guys like to see?
I would be cool if there was a pic of Chief on the Halo with an amazing landscape. But alas, we gotta wait until July…

I’d rather have a real, substantial reveal in July than a tiny tease in June. Most people in the forums just get angry when there’s a small tease anyways.
I personally believe we will get some kind of teaser with the announcement of the date, but that’s just my opinion,
It’s possible that when the date for the July event is released, we’ll get like a 2-second Infinite snippet because it’s the “main event” for the show.

Aside from maybe another field recording for Halo Infinite’s sound design, I doubt we’ll get anything official (btw, I absolutely love these. I’d love a sound design ViDoc). The reveal is close enough that I’d much rather have 343i and Microsoft just do one grand blowout come July.
I would love something like that but seeing as how 343 is maintaining a tight lip, July will just have to be our best bet.
At this point I would be happy with a simple date announcement.

It’s a rumor that came from the Xbox product page. Sometimes in may it showcased Thanksgiving as the worldwide XSX release, but it could have been a simple mistake or maybe it was really the plan, but stuff changed due to Covid or who knows… Hence why I said it’s speculation at best, but for now it’s the most probable release window we got!

The Xbox Series X release date was accidentally
posted on the Xbox website a while back. Halo infinite is a launch title, so the release date would be November 26th, assuming nothings changed since then.
We still don’t know what the nature of the June event is.
Initially it was thought the 2020 Xbox Insider was going to be monthly with the first three being 3rd party games (May), hardware (June), and then 1st party games (July).
They later blurred the June event… saying it wasn’t going to be a formal Xbox Insider presentation… but that there would be stuff to see.
If they do show something off this month, then we may get some Halo tidbits. The best way to show off the hardware is with software.
Maybe something about the Slipspace engine… and therefore indirectly Halo Infinite.

That wasn’t a leak though. It was literally posted on the Xbox website, and Halo Infinite is confirmed to be a launch title.
