Can We Get Some New Infection Maps And Modes?

Keep getting the same game modes and maps over and over again in the infection playlist. Can we get some community made maps and modes in the playlists too. Not to say they are better than the standard maps and modes but there are quite a few community made modes that are far more inventive and interesting than the standard infection game modes, and to be honest all my favourite infection maps are community made ones.

I would love to see linear style infection maps in the playlist, they are my favourite.

For Halo Reach? Eh, I’m not a big fan of Halo Reachs infection! However I wouldn’t mind playing some infection on the Anniversary Map Packs!

Do you mean the Halo: Reach infection maps in the playlist or the infection game modes or play style in Halo: Reach, or something else entirely?

I think it’s just the play style of Halo Reach. For me infection in Halo Reach just doesn’t feel right not look right.

Fair enough, I quite enjoy it because of its faster pace from Halo 3, and Halo 4’s infection felt awful (along with their flood redesign and noises… urgh) but haven’t played Halo 5 Infection really at all.

New infection maps from the comunity will hugely impact the way Reach infection is played(in a good way) what i would love is different weapons that we can pick up in the map and pick up ammo. We can also come together and make maps together which is really cool.

Ya Halo 3’s infection feels really slow. Halo 4, the flood I think have to much range! Halo 5 I feel just isn’t fair at all. Also meant to say nor look right!

I personally think Halo 3 has the best infection with Halo 5 close behind. Halo 4, on the other hand, is just awful. The flood have too much health, look stupid, and the maps aren’t interesting or fun to play on. Halo 5 would be better if zombies were slower and there were more maps aside from the five or so I’m forced to play on over and over.

I did like Halo 3 Infection but I do feel like it is a bit slow, as I felt zombies were too easy to get head shots on in that game! Still really fun though, but definitely agree about Halo 4, what were they thinking with their design and the maps were terrible on that game for infection. Then again, I didn’t think maps in Halo 4 were that great overall either, apart from a few maps (Haven, Longbow, kinda Exile). Not played enough of 5’s infection though, some looked fun but did seem like zombies were a bit fast.

What did you think of Halo: Reach’s infection though? Just because you didn’t mention it in your comment

I think the speed in Halo 3 is perfect! It does suck to be a zombie sometimes, but it’s super fun taking out swarms with a machine gun turret as a human  Reach is actually the only game I haven’t played infection in yet, but my friend was just telling me he thinks it’s the best. I’m skeptical, though, because I don’t like the spartan abilities in that game (or most of the maps, for that matter).

The only armour ability in Halo Reach is usually sprint so it’s not too bad. Maps are decent (amazing forge maps) and gameplay I think plays pretty well, when you have swarms coming at you with limited sprint, it is terrifying(ly fun).
