I like the mode but I really think it should be its own playlist
Kida like halo 5 breakout had its own playlist
I keep getting in to a game where I’m stuck with bots
and personally I think the game type encourages camping instead of fighting head on (not very halo to me)
for season 3 can we get rid of the one flag on launch site that’s just awful nobody wants to play that
I keep seeing launch site as the worst map period and I keep getting into games on that map
its season 2 already, mix in more new maps in the playlist even if its just 2
I rarely get to play on the new map in quickplay

The thing is Quickplay isn’t even Quickplay. Current Quickplay is “we just jammed all this in here cos our UI sucks”
What they should have done is:
Team Objectives 4v4 : All your objective modes
Team Slayer 4v4 : AR+BR starts, Attrition
Quickplay will then queue you up for EVERYTHING, including Event playlists, BTB, SWAT, you name it.

Damn right. I still have nightmares about how they were struggling just add a Team Slayer playlist. Ranked suffers like Quickplay too in that I feel like they cram too much into one category without any match composer or alternate selection to help narrow it down at least a bit (even Halo 5 had more than 1 ranked playlist). I like your suggestion in that Quick Play should be a unique category for EVERYTHING and change the current one to Team Objective.
Though I don’t fully agree with putting Attrition in the Team Slayer playlist though that’s because Attrition is my least favorite non-custom gamemode in Halo. I like Team Slayer as just classic simple Slayer.
I can say that attrition appears too often. Sometimes it’s like every third game is attrition.
I like the mode and see no problems it’s in quick play now.
As for Launch Site it’s just bad one flag or slayer it doesn’t matter. I don’t know why but every time I’m playing Launch Site slayer our team is loosing.
Yeah, Attrition is too fundamentally different than Slayer. I’d rather group it with LSS honestly. Of course I’d rather it be it’s own thing, but if 343 just HAS to group it with something, then LSS is the one.

Better yet, MCC style matchmaking. Pick all the game modes you want to play as opposed to being restricted to specific playlists.
The return to playlists feels like a massive step back in my opinion.

Was gonna say the same, reason I love mcc mp is I can select which game modes I wanna play, in general could still keep quick play for those that like random games, but hopefully when more game modes come in they change it.
It’s causing so many people to drop out as they trying to find a game type for whatever reason (usually challenges).
I ended up with only me and 3 343 bots against a full team of real players the other day, it sucked
