Instead of putting in a different type of footstep FX into forge, or a crowd cheering sound why don’t 343 put in music FX’s?
You go on sound FX’s, you scroll down, and you can place down music from halo 5. You could have an infection map with “the trials” playing in the background. Or a race map with “the light is green” playing in the background. I’d rather have that than another “fan” sound.
Could just use Background Music playback as well, which would make an addition like this superfluous in the grand scheme of things.
Being in the preview program and testing Groove, it works amazingly well in H5.
That’s… actually a really solid idea. I’d love to script certain sections of Halo 5’s amazing soundtrack to parts of the map. like you’re playing Fat Kid or something, and the Blue Team track hilariously hits up while you defend the final floor.

Maybe a sad halo song (like the one when cortana dies) could kick it when the last man standing is killed and his body is being tea bagged by 15 guys around him.
