Can we get more detailed weapon skins instead of recycled color swaps?

If we’re going to be paying for skins going forward, these ‘coincidences’ can’t keep happening. There’s hardly any difference between the two. Just like the 152SR skin and that one HCS skin. Whatever happened to the pizza skin from H5? That’s the kind of cosmetic someone would pay for.

Please stop recycling content and adding price tags like people can’t see what’s going on.

Thats actually crazy, when i saw it in the shop I thought it was actually the same skin. Now I see the gold is just a little darker. Absolute waste of color coating.

They didn’t even bother to swap the colors so it wouldn’t look the same.

Yup. Really displeased with the whole weapon coating offering in general. From having no Covie weapon skins, to just the BORING color options we get for the unsc weapons. Really unimaginative and lazy what we’ve got so far.

  • Zeta night sky. The night sky with stars that glow and dim (The opposite of Zeta sky)
  • Dragon scales. That also has a barrel that looks like the metal is glowing hot
  • Covenant themed
  • More coatings that change the colour of the ammo counter
  • Classic weapon models that can also have coatings applied
  • Coatings for the gravity hammer. Such as a bloody hammer with barbed wire or a glowing hot hammer or a hammer that has a smiley face on the part that you hit people with

343 should have given all players a large amount of colors to pick from at the start but then had Shaders, Decals, or Coatings available to unlock and/or buy so that we can customize our Spartans/Weapons even further. Instead, you have to basically customize your Spartan from the in-game store in some sort of way, even if you want a basic color like Red or Blue. They could have still pushed specific coatings and color patterns or Event stuff in the store too but the greed was just far too tempting. The only thing I can think of is Infinite is a Free to Play game, so they gotta make money somehow and unfortunately for us, 343 designed Infinite’s monetization system like complete imbeciles while also changing the way Halo had worked successfully for decades.

Also just gonna mention that weapon model attachment/variations. are so barely existent that it’s like they’re just there to say that they are.
Gimme a fist of rukt, a Halo 4 BR, a Halo 3 AR.
