The initial purpose of the exchange was to bring back old seasonal content, and while there has been some items brought back like the Lucky Shot BR, Sword and Board Accessory and plus a couple other things, it’s been few and far between for a lot of the items. It always seems like 90% of what we get in the exchange (not counting the few new seasonal items at the beginning of each season) is continuous repeats of the Rhine Weapon/Vehicle skins and the ODST Buck and Romeo skins for FF.
Like it doesn’t have to be a lot, but can we get some better rotation for some of the previous seasonal items instead of continuous repeat items please?

Yeah, when are the other skins that were tied to completing season challenges gonna be added in? I think ever since the Exchange was launched it’s still be the same first three seasons’ challenge unlocks mixed with Exchange only items. I thought 343 had said that they were gonna add in all of those challenge unlocks eventually.

I feel like someone hit a switch to repeat the Season 6 Exchange stock right after the anniversary event stopped running. Was hoping to get an answer as to why, seeing that we had a good mix of new and old items being cycled in every week before.

They are supposed to, at least that’s what was stated, the only item i need to unlock in mcc is the Avalanche or Tundra Sniper skin, can’t think of which is the proper name. It was the only challenge i didn’t bother with at the time because i was too busy with life during that season to bother.

Hey OP, just so you know, none of those or actually anything in the exchange or store will affect your MCC experience in any way. All of that stuff is completely useless. Just ignore it and enjoy searching whatever playlists you like. All of the “armor” offered has no benefit whatsoever contrary to what you would logically assume.
I agree. I wish they would stop recycling some items and add the stuff that hasn’t been in. Why should Sword & Board be in the Exchange but not the Avalance sniper skin?

What they should have is some type of season point store. Maybe each month have 10 to 15 previous items and a few rotational items each week. I’m tired of seeing the same 2 or 3 things cycle in and out of the store each week. The whole exchange store has really been underwhelming. I think it’s been around 2 months now without anything new in the store … really is getting stale.

Ive been waiting for them to give out the BLAST BR skin for h4 because i like white and orange, ive only missed looking at the exchange like 2 times but every time i check its just rhine garbage and the ODST characters (which ill pick up for completetionist rewards but its still annoying.)

At this point, since I only have a few items left in the Season 8 pass, I’m only checking the exchange just to see what, if anything, new is coming out. I only need the Avalanche sniper and the Blast BR skins. Not that I’d use them, I’ve already got other skins I like much more. I’m just a completionist and it’s so annoying that we haven’t even seen those appear in the exchange at all at this point.

Not just those, but I’m pretty sure there are still a few items that released with Season 8 that weren’t part of the actual pass that have yet to show up in the Exchange at all.

Im just waiting on the avalanche skin for H3 
its weird right they said it would rotate but it seems to be cycling through odst and warthog stuff almost constantly.

I kinda wish Mirage and Orion armors would come back to the exchange. Right now all it’s giving me is Warthog skins for CE.

I haven’t been watching it much personally. I do agree however they should try and get in everything more evenly if it has been doing some things fairly more frequently.
I would also suggest to add items such as the avalanche sniper rifle skin for Halo 3 and other similar ones which have yet to ever appear in the exchange.

They need to just rework the entire exchange system, it shouldn’t be a FOMO based rotating selection at this point.
They also need to start adding those other sets they showed off in the Season 5 trailer and update, current exchange selection is getting way too stale.

The exchange has been lackluster since the end of last year. We also haven’t seen anything new or the ranked skins at all. We were also supposed to get an MCC road map but that hasn’t happened. There’s been some updates at least recently.
