I’m hoping to see this come back at some point, maybe in memories of reach. The daily/weekly (even monthly challenges in H4) was something that made playing the game a lot more interesting and fun, especially for bonus rewards when completed.
The daily win isn’t very interesting and the reward packages are usually lame.
It wouldn’t be so bad to get like 5 or so of these small packages a day from challenges, but one everyday just from just winning one game is really lame compared to what we used to have.
So you want weekly and monthly ones. The daily wins are currently…Dailies. Not sure how they could improve that unless your talking about them adding “Kill 20 Spartans with a headshot”

That’s exactly what OP’s talking about.
Daily and weekly challenges just like Reach and Halo 4 had.
I loved Reach’s challenges combined with super hard to attain upper ranks. Halo 4 had a great set up with challenges, but once I got to 130 way too fast I didn’t care much because the reward was worthless. Halo 5 once again has hard to attain upper ranks, but no challenges. I would love to see them return.

I believe they need to be individual achievements, company ones could increase unsportsmanlike behavior.

Not company, community. As in everyone playing the game that weekend (or what have you).
I think it’s an awesome idea. I’ve always loved it when games did something like that and would love to see it implemented in Halo 5 as well.
They should definitely bring them back. Not sure why they were removed in he first place
Some could reward us with EXP while others reward us with REQ Points, and they could do something like, if you complete half of the daily challenges in a day, you get one Silver pack, and completion of all of them gives you one Gold pack, while completing the weekly gives you two Gold packs, and if they do a monthly one again, they could gives us like a Premium pack or something that has a higher chance of Legendary items and Mythics than a Gold pack does
They could also do community challenges where the entire community works towards completing a goal in a certain amount of time, such as “Get 1 Million kills in Halo 5 in ‘X’ amount of time” or “Kill ‘X’ amount of Wardens in ‘X’ amount of time” and everyone who took part in the challenge gets a good reward for it, like either a few Gold packs or one Premium pack or something (if Warden kills is a challenge, as long as you assisted in at least one Warden kill, you get the pack as well since you contributed to the challenge)
I miss the campaign challenges were you had to do a mission on legendary with X amount of skulls on. Gave the campaign more playback value. 100% need to bring these back, Daily wins just don’t have the same effect.
The daily wins are pretty bad, you only get a few reqs and its usually pretty bad.
I would love some daily or weekly challenges.
Sometimes it could have something to do with the campaign.
